FAQ
Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new workspace starts on the Free plan. You only add payment details when you upgrade.
How do I upgrade?
Start for free, then choose Pro or Business under Billing in your workspace settings. Your setup and data stay exactly as they are.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
You can change your plan any time from Billing. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
What counts toward workspace data?
Everything stored in your databases: your tables and records, plus change logs, comments, workflow history, and emails. Files you upload count toward file storage instead.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted. When you reach the plan's data or row limit, new rows are paused until you remove data or upgrade. Workflow runs above the concurrent limit wait in a queue, and when the monthly runs are used up, new runs resume in the next billing period.
Is there a yearly plan?
Plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel or change them any time. Write to us if you need a different arrangement.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown in euros per month, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing details.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Every workspace gets its own isolated database, with a change log for your records and automatic backups.
