How we ask

Optional cookies and similar technologies (including third-party scripts that set their own storage) stay off until you choose Accept all, save a custom choice, or explicitly open a tool that needs them. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Legal basis for optional storage is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); ePrivacy / TTDSG § 25).

Strictly necessary

These are required to remember your cookie choice and to deliver the page you asked for. They do not require consent.

• sapugo_consent — first-party cookie, 180 days, SameSite=Lax. Stores whether you allowed chat and booking.

Chat and booking (optional)

Loaded only after you allow “Chat and booking”, or after you click to open the booking calendar (a service you requested).

• Live chat — our support messenger. It may set first-party cookies whose names start with intercom- and use local storage so a conversation can continue after a reload. Withdrawn consent shuts the widget down and deletes those cookies.
• Booking calendar — scheduling embed used when you book a call. It may set its own cookies and local storage for the booking flow. If you rejected optional cookies, the calendar stays unloaded until you click Open calendar.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. Contact hello@sapugo.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.
