Can I import my product list?
Yes. Import products, prices, and stock from a spreadsheet file.
How many products can I store?
Free includes 1,000 rows per database, Pro 125,000, and Business 1,250,000. Rows are counted across all tables in a database.
Can workshops place orders themselves?
You can receive orders by email into the inbox, or connect your web shop through the API and webhooks.
Does stock update automatically?
Yes. Business rules and workflows can change stock when orders are confirmed, shipped, or cancelled.
