  1. Record order and database export

    • Put records in your own order by dragging them in a table.
    • Download a full copy of a database as a file from the backup settings.

  2. Documents

    • Design document templates with reusable blocks, and add QR codes.
    • Ask the AI assistant to create or change document templates for you.
    • Create PDFs from any record, by hand or as a step in a workflow.

  3. Faster tables

    • Move through tables with the keyboard, like in a spreadsheet.
    • Smoother drag and drop for rows, fields, and navigation items.

  4. Faster start

    • The app starts noticeably faster.

  5. Trash, two-way links, and a smarter assistant

    • Deleted items go to the trash first, so you can restore them.
    • Links between tables now work in both directions.
    • The AI assistant plans larger changes better and explains its reasoning.

  6. Files in the AI chat

    • Attach files and images when you talk to the AI assistant.

  7. Onboarding in your language

    • The onboarding chat detects your language and answers in it, including German.
    • Retry and copy answers in the onboarding chat.

    • A redesigned sidebar with tabs, including quick access to your AI assistant chats.
    • Switch between accounts when you create a workspace.
    • Clearer sign-in and sign-up screens.
