Sound familiar?

Where the day gets lost today

Jobs live in three places

The schedule is on a whiteboard, the details are in WhatsApp, and the quote is in a spreadsheet. Nobody sees the full picture.

Site history gets lost

Which boiler is installed where, when it was last serviced, and what the customer was promised sits in someone's head.

Quotes take too long

Copying customer details into a template for every quote costs time and leads to mistakes.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can technicians only see their own jobs?

Yes. Permissions go down to rows and fields, so you decide that technicians only see jobs assigned to them, and never see prices if you prefer.

Can I bring in my existing customer list?

Yes. Import your customers and sites from a spreadsheet file, then link them to jobs and quotes.

Is the setup fixed?

No. The setup is a starting point. Add fields, tables, views, and workflows any time, without code.
